Noelle Quero has been designing and making jewelry for over 15 years. What started out as a fun hobby making necklaces for friends, quickly turned into a thriving business. Noelle is one of only a handful of artists to have had jewelry contracts with Home Shopping Network and QVC! After years of experience operating and owing her own stores, Noelle decided to teach Spa's and Salons around South Florida how to set up their own successful boutiques.
